Concessioner Discounts
General
- fees can be set PER EVENT and also for the PROGRAM AS A WHOLE
- the OPEN category is mandatory and applies to all shooters
- you can CHANGE the fees at any stage but please note that changing the fees will not update the amounts received against any shooters already nominated
Overall Program Fees
- are specified at the total of the Configuration page
- when specified they apply if a shooter is nominated in all events regardless of the sum of the fees specified for the individual events
- for example if you specify $50 for the program and $20 for each of three events if a shooter nominates for all 3 events they will be charged $50 but if they nominate for only two they will be charged $40 (ie 2 x $20)
Individual Event Fees
- are specified at the bottom of each event (including combined events)
- apply when a shooter is nominated into the event (unless over-ruled by the total program price)
Category (L/J/V) Discounts
- to offer a different level of fees for other CATEGORIES (eg veteran, ladies, juniors, clays only) enter a value into the field under the relevant category
- Make sure to enter fees for EVERY EVENT as well as for the full program
Concessioner Discounts
- FGA offers discounted fees to eligible Concessioners (eg hold a pension card) regardless of the category they shoot in
- to offer a different level of fees for them enter a value in the Concessioner field for each event as well as for the full program
