Accessing Field & Game Australia Scores using the My Clubs My Scores "Shooters" App

Downloading the App

the shooters app (MCMS Clay Target Edition) can be downloaded from either the Google Play store or the Apple iTunes store (search MCMS or click the icons below)
it can also be accessed from a web browser by clicking here

How to Filter to Just FGA and my branches' shoots

click on the "Clubs" icon after accessing the app
click on the star to the right of the Field & Game Australia
click in the search box at the top of the page and type in the name of your branch, when it appears click on the star to the right of the branch name
click on the "Shoots" tab at the bottom on the page
you will now have an option to click "FGA" at the top of the page which will filter the list of shoots to FGA shoots only
you will also have an option to click on "My Clubs" at the top of the page which will filter the list of shoots to your branches's shoots only

How to Navigate within the list of Shoots

currently active shoots will be listed under the green "In Progress Programs" tab
to select a shoot to view click on it
to view shoots that are upcoming click on the blue "Scheduled Programs" tab
to view shoots that have finished click on the black "Completed Programs" tab

How to Navigate within a Selected Shoot

"Summary" Tab

"Leaders" Tab

will list all shooters and their scores for a particular event (click the green event button if this is a multi-day program)
shooters are displayed in order with the highest score at the top
to filter the list of shooters by grade or category click on black icon and select the filter you want ("open" will display all shooters)
please note the shooters will only appear once scores are entered so if you are in an "in progress shoot" remember to "pull down to refresh" to display any newly entered scores

"Squads" Tab

"Shooters" Tab

will list all shooters, you can search for someone by typing their name in the search box at the top
clicking on a shooter's name will display their scores for the program

Accessing your Handicap and Scores

Access

after accessing the app click on the "Me" tab in the bottom right
click in the "Enter Membership Number" and type in your FGA membership number and then hit the green + button
click on the blue scores icon to the left of your membership barcode

Scores

after clicking on the blue scores icon to the left of your membership barcode click on the scores tab at the top of the page
all of your recorded scores will display (only scores from shoots run using the My Clubs My Scores System will be present)
scores with a green tick have been included in your handicap calculation
scores with a black tick are awaiting additional scores before being included in your handicap calculation (as rule offs only happen every 10 scores)
scores with a grey icon will not be included in your handicap calculation (they may be from a shootoff or a novelty event)

Handicap

after clicking on the blue scores icon to the left of your membership barcode you will see your handicap calculation
as agreed with the FGA all shooters handicaps have "started from new"
- only scores recorded within the My Clubs My Scores system have been used
- the shooter's historical "highest grade" has not been uploaded into the system and therefore has not been used in the handicap calculation
your handicap calculation starts at the bottom of the page with your earliest recorded score
every 10 scores the system will "rule you off" and
- show your new grade at the top of the 10 scores in the black bar
- show your previous highest grade, your grade based on the 10 scores in this rule-off, your new grade and handicap based on your highest grade, your previous rue-off and your current rule off
your current grade and handicap is shown in the red box at the top of the page, if none appears there it means you have not yet had 10 scores recorded in the My Clubs My Scores system
